Below is a step by step explanation of our ordering process.

From the home page, select a product category to begin shopping

From the chosen category, pick an item. You may either add to cart from here, or click the image, Product name or "details" to learn more about the product or see a larger image.

In "detail" view, enter a quantity and select, options (colors, sizes, etc..) and click "Buy Now"

If you have not already logged in you will be prompted to do so in order to add items to your virtual shopping cart. Enter your Volt Company Store login credentials. If you are unsure of your access information please use the Contact Page to send us a message.

Once logged in, you will go to your shopping cart. If you are elsewhere in the site and are already logged in, simply click the "SHOPPING CART" link in the upper right corner to come to this page. At this point you may remove items or adjust quantities. If you do adjust quantities, please be sure to click on "Update Totals". You may also click on "Continue Shopping" to return to our store. Once you are sure of your selections, click on "Go to Checkout" to move to the next step.

At this point you will have the opportunity to make any changes to your information. You may also edit your personal information in the "My Account" section. Once you are sure of all fields, please click "Continue" to move on to the next step.

At this point you may enter your order specifics such as Arrival dates, Event names and any special instructions you might have for this specific order. If you forget to add any special instructions, remember your order ID and use our Contact Page to let us know. After entering all information, please click on "Continue" to move on to the final step in the check out process.

Once you have entered your information, we will ask you to confirm your order by reviewing the information you input on the previous step. To finalize your order, simply click on "Complete Order". You will receive instant confirmation (please see below).

After completing your order you will be offered a receipt to print out. This order receipt will also be available for review in your "My Account" section.
